Are these the official PANAFEST dates?

No. 25 July–3 August 2027 are G Roots Linkup’s advertised tour dates. The official 2027 festival schedule has not been verified. Check the PANAFEST organiser’s website for updates.

How do I enquire or book?

Complete the enquiry form or contact the team on WhatsApp. We will discuss your tour, availability and terms, then provide payment instructions where applicable. A submitted request does not confirm a place.

Can I travel solo or with a group?

You can enquire as a solo traveller, couple or group. Room-sharing options, group arrangements and any age requirements need to be confirmed with the team.

What if I have mobility or access needs?

Discuss your access needs before committing to a tour. Ask about walking distances, steps, vehicles, accommodation and alternatives to activities. Accessibility arrangements need to be confirmed.

Where do I check entry requirements?

Requirements depend on your nationality and travel documents. Use the Ghana Immigration Service’s official visa information, and confirm any questions with the Ghanaian embassy or high commission serving your country. Do not rely on a tour enquiry as permission to enter Ghana.

What health preparation should I make?

Review the CDC’s Ghana travel health guidance and consult a travel-health clinician about vaccines, yellow fever documentation and malaria prevention. Advice depends on your health and itinerary; arrange this well before departure.
